Mission

The mission of Girls’ Leadership Camp is to provide 8-14-year-old girls in the Philadelphia area with an affordable residential camp experience, and to provide year-round leadership development opportunities for teenage girls. We believe in helping girls to be strong, confident leaders who reach for their own dreams and are committed to making a positive impact on the world around them.

Our Values
Girls’ Leadership Camp is founded on the values of respect, diversity, and collaboration, so that its leadership will always include girls and families as key decision makers, and we aim to honor the dignity and experience of all participants.
