Camp Sojourner 2023 dates are Monday, July 31 through Saturday, August 5. Camp tuition is on a sliding scale, depending on family size and income. Scholarships are available. Please note, we are only able to take new campers up to the age 13; our 14-18 year old teen program is for returning campers only.

Camp Registration

Online registration for Camp Sojourner 2023 will begin February 15! Returning campers have until March 15 to reserve their spot at camp. We will then begin accepting new campers, ages 8-13, and we will notify new families as soon as possible after March 15 to let them know if we have a spot available in their age cabin or if they will be on the waitlist.

Returning Campers must complete their reservation online and then download and complete a RETURNING CAMPER LETTER 2023, due March 15. Camp Sojourner Physical form to be signed by Provider should be completed by May 15, with physical dated after 7/31/22. Please note: Vaccination will be required for all campers and staff.

New Campers should complete online application. If you register by March 15, we will contact you by March 22 to let you know if there is a space available in your child’s age group cabin. If there is not a space available at that time, we will place you on the wait list. If there is a space available, we will set up an interview/info session with you at our camp office. Please note: If you register after March 15, you are being placed on our waitlist. Please do not pay the application fee. We will contact you if a spot becomes open in your child’s age group cabin–we highly encourage you to register for the waitlist, as spots do open up throughout the Spring. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this process: We hope your child can join us this summer!

Support camp with a donation

Support from individuals, foundations, and other organizations is what makes it possible for us to provide an affordable camp experience and leadership development for Philadelphia area girls/youth. We charge families significantly less than what it actually costs us to provide a high quality program. Anything you can contribute will help us to make our program available to more girls/youth.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, supplies, equipment, and other in-kind donations. All donations are tax deductible. Contact us if you have something you think we may be able to use, such as office supplies, camping equipment, or art supplies. See below for our “Donations Wish List” .

You can donate online, or checks can be mailed to:
