Parents/Guardians

Camp Sojourner 2024 dates are Monday, August 5 through Saturday, August 10. Camp tuition is on a sliding scale, depending on family size and income. Scholarships are available. Please note, we are only able to take new campers up to the age 13; our 14-18 year old teen program is for returning campers only.

Camp Registration

Online registration for Camp Sojourner 2024 will begin February 19! Returning campers have until March 16 to reserve their spot at camp. We will then begin accepting new campers, ages 8-13, and we will notify new families as soon as possible after March 16 to let them know if we have a spot available in their age cabin or if they will be on the waitlist.

Returning Campers must complete their reservation online and then download and complete a RETURNING CAMPER LETTER 2024, due March 16. For returning campers entering 9th grade, they will need to complete online registration and fill out a TLI 2024 App. Second year TLI members complete online registration and then a Returning TLI App Summer 2024. New potential Junior Counselors complete online registration and then a Junior Counselor application 2024, and returning Junior Counselors fill out online registration and Returning JC App Summer 2024.

Camper Physical Form 2024 should be completed by May 15 for all participants under age 18, with physical dated after 8/5/23 and vaccination record attached.

New Campers should complete online application. If you register by March 16, we will contact you by March 22 to let you know if there is a space available in your child’s age group cabin. If there is not a space available at that time, we will place you on the wait list. If there is a space available, we will set up an interview/info session with you at our camp office. Please note: If you register after March 16, you are being placed on our waitlist. Please do not pay the application fee. We will contact you if a spot becomes open in your child’s age group cabin–we highly encourage you to register for the waitlist, as spots do open up throughout the Spring. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this process: info@girlsleadershipcamp.org. We hope your child can join us this summer!

Support camp with a donation

Support from individuals, foundations, and other organizations is what makes it possible for us to provide an affordable camp experience and leadership development for Philadelphia area girls/youth. We charge families significantly less than what it actually costs us to provide a high quality program. Anything you can contribute will help us to make our program available to more girls/youth.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, supplies, equipment, and other in-kind donations. All donations are tax deductible. Contact us if you have something you think we may be able to use, such as office supplies, camping equipment, or art supplies. See below for our “Donations Wish List” .

You can donate online, or checks can be mailed to:
