Parents/Guardians
Camp Sojourner 2026 dates are Monday, August 3 through Saturday, August 8. Camp tuition is on a sliding scale, depending on family size and income. Scholarships are available. Please note, we are only able to take new campers up to the age 13; our 14-18 year old teen program is for returning campers only.
Camp Registration
Online registration for Camp Sojourner 2026 will begin February 15! Returning campers have until March 15 to reserve their spot at camp, and we encourage new families to apply by March 15 as well to have the best chance of fitting into an open slot available in your child’s age group. We will notify new families as soon as possible after March 15, to let you know if we have a spot available in your child’s age cabin, or if they will be on the waitlist.
- New Camper Application–camper who has never attended Camp Sojourner overnight camp–ages 8-13
- Returning Camper Application–camper who has attended Camp Sojourner overnight camp in the past–ages 8-13
- New TLI Application–for returning campers entering grade 9 who are now eligible for our Teen Leadership Institute.
- Returning TLI Application–for returning teens who were TLI members last year.
- Junior Counselor Application–for returning teens who completed two years of TLI and are eligible to apply.
Camper Physical form 2026 should be completed by June 1 for all participants under age 18, with physical dated after 8/3/25 and vaccination record attached.
New families, please note: If you register after March 15, you are being placed on our wait list. We will contact you if a spot becomes open in your child’s age group cabin–we highly encourage you to register for the wait list, as spots do open up throughout the Spring. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this process: info@girlsleadershipcamp.org. We hope your child can join us this summer!

Support camp with a donation
Support from individuals, foundations, and other organizations is what makes it possible for us to provide an affordable camp experience and leadership development for Philadelphia area girls/youth. We charge families significantly less than what it actually costs us to provide a high quality program. Anything you can contribute will help us to make our program available to more girls/youth.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, supplies, equipment, and other in-kind donations. All donations are tax deductible. Contact us if you have something you think we may be able to use, such as office supplies, camping equipment, or art supplies. See below for our “Donations Wish List” .
You can donate online, or checks can be mailed to:
