Exploring nature
Camp Sojourner is located at the New Jersey School of Conservation, an environmental education center where school groups go throughout the year to learn about nature and environmental conservation. The camp does its best to maintain an environment where plants, animals, and insects can live in their natural habitats. Girls get to experience being in nature while at camp, and learn about the plants and critters they meet there.
Yasmine and Camille learn about salamanders.
Every day we crossed rainbow bridge and experienced the lake, in order to get to the other side of camp.
There are many trails at camp for walking in the woods
Aasiyah notices ducks by the lake.
A little rain won’t slow us down!
We take some quiet time out in nature to reflect.
